Service Description
This is a permanent, term-long booking for Wednesdays at Tugun Park & Community Gardens. Families commit to attending weekly for the full school term. Fees apply for all booked sessions regardless of attendance, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Permanent bookings at Little Leaf Learners are offered on a term-long basis, supporting children to experience consistency, connection, and a steady rhythm of learning throughout the term. By booking in you are committing to the weekly session for the term - an invoice will be sent weekly until the end of term.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Permanent positions are offered at a reduced rate in recognition of families’ ongoing commitment across a full term. Permanent enrolments are secured for one school term at a time. Each child’s place will be reviewed at the end of the term in consultation with families. Re-enrolment for the following term is not automatic and will be confirmed based on attendance, suitability, and availability of spaces. Fees are payable for all permanent bookings, regardless of attendance. Two weeks’ written notice is required to cancel or change a permanent booking by direct message to 0404 597 468 Service Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Little Leaf Learners must cancel a session (for example, due to extreme weather, educator illness, or safety concerns), families will be notified as soon as possible. Where a session is cancelled by the service, families will be offered either a rescheduled day or a full credit/refund of the daily fee.
