Service Description
Casual bookings offer families the opportunity to join Little Leaf Learners on a flexible, as-available basis. These sessions are ideal for children who are exploring the program before committing to a permanent place, or for families who need occasional or varied attendance. Families who attend casually are welcome to enquire about permanent placements when available.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Casual enrolments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the place. Casual bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Notice provided by direct message to 0404 597 468 Service Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Little Leaf Learners must cancel a session (for example, due to extreme weather, educator illness, or safety concerns), families will be notified as soon as possible. Where a session is cancelled by the service, families will be offered either a rescheduled day or a full credit/refund of the daily fee.
